(REUTERS – November 24th) Three Americans arrested earlier this week will be held for four days according to an EgyptTV report aired today.
The three men, believed to be students at the American University in Cairo (AUC), were arrested on Tuesday (November 22) and accused of throwing molotov cocktails at police guarding the Interior Ministry in Cairo.
The students have identified two Egyptian colleagues as the owners of a bag found they were carrying.
Egypt TV also said that the Public Prosecution has now ordered the arrest of the two Egyptians.
