Libyans in Tripoli attended Eid prayers today. In the coastal city of Misrata, Libyans also gathered for prayers, marking the end of the fasting Muslim month of Ramadan. With most fighters having left for the front line, to the east of the city, the mosque was unusually empty. Only children and the elderly performed the rituals marking the Eid festival.
